My signature "artisan" massage integrates the broad strokes of Swedish for relaxation and stress release combined with deep tissue work and trigger point application to help release muscle tension caused by injury, stress emotional tension and chronic muscle pain.  Each session is a unique experience to each client, based on their specific needs that day.

Pregnancy Massage 

Pregnancy Massage is specifically designed for women who are expecting. Pregnancy massage will concentrate on the specific needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of the childbirth experience.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment. This will allow adequate time for new clients to fill out an intake form. Arriving any later for your scheduled appointment will not give you the full experience you so deserve!

How often should I receive massage?

Determining a schedule of visits is a very individual decision. The frequency of sessions is based on your own response to bodywork, your financial situation and your current therapeutic needs. Committing to a schedule as one would commit to any health care regimen is, of course, the ideal. Some clients are able to come in once a week and others come just once a season. Together we can decide the best course for you.

What are the health benefits to receiving massage?

Some major benefits include increased circulation, injury rehabilitation, stress reduction, pain relief, increased body awareness, and detoxification. Receiving a massage can be a gift to your mind, body and soul, and a way to attend to your health holistically.

What should I wear? Do I have to remove my clothing?

You may undress to your comfort level, and will be covered by a sheet for your privacy.
